Review of 2 night stay
For a non-business traveller (paying their own way), the hotel is on the expensive side. But since you do get very decent value for the money paid it takes a little of the sting off the final bill. I very much enjoyed amenities like the live music in the evenings, the tennis courts, swimming pool and the extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant gym attendants.
The food excellent in variety, taste & quantity. Things I did NOT like: Extremely expensive internet connection at the Internet Cafe - with the slowest servers on the planet. Security on the 2nd floor guest room corridor. The outside entrance was seemingly never locked at any time of day or night. Your customer service is exemplary and to be commended though. Great staff. Luxury
Having stayed in similar hotels in Ghana over several years we were impressed by the levels of service here. The refurbishment, last year, has improved the rooms and restaurant very nicely. The staff are attentive without "hovering" and the quality of service is high. All in all I can truly recommend this hotel for your stay in Accra, Ghana. Hotel feedback
Ongoing renovations will be most beneficial to ghests when completed. My sole complaint was the inability to have staff repair a non-functioning room safe. I was unable to have the matter addressed, despite promises that it would be done. I was relegated to dragging my personal effects throughout my stay while conducting business. Good Service but Rooms need update
Excellent Dinning facilities and staff
however rooms , especially bathrooms need
work. Maintenance needs to be higher on
the priority list. Overall my stay was enjoyable
comfortable.

review of hotel stay 03-25-27
Reception unbelievably slow and somewhat incompetent. Mix up in room billing with another guest still not resolved until check out. Business center rates are exorbitant, particularly internet usage fees. 37.50 per 24hrs access: are you kidding me?
construction ongoing at the hotel but no warning given on the site. Security is lax. Staff in general friendly and helpful although very slow. The hotel simply didn't feel or look as nice as few years back. I had a look at room on 3rd floor. It was far from adequate. Reception unbelievably slow and somewhat incompetent.
